Its my one major problem area b/c I work 10-12 hour days (primarily at the computer) and my stress levels are high. I know about the cortisol connection and ive done research...but hearing it right from the horses mouth is much more convincing. If you are an apple-shaped woman who has experienced losing your bellys inches, please share what you did (the more detail the better if you have time please).
Experts- I would appreciate your advice and input and experiences of your clients if possible.

-24 y/o female trying to lose her 34 inch spare tire for the last 8 years, when I stopped 4hour a day sports training. 36 inch hips= practically no hourglass, i look pregnant, plz help :(

Im a belly dancer. They have instruction videos, you should get one.

I saw a yoga video that is specifically targetting belly fat.It doesn't work instantly i suppose but you can try
