Its my one major problem area b/c I work 10-12 hour days (primarily at the computer) and my stress levels are high. I know about the cortisol connection and ive done research...but hearing it right from the horses mouth is much more convincing. If you are an apple-shaped woman who has experienced losing your bellys inches, please share what you did (the more detail the better if you have time please).
